Q: Are all ravsin.com products Brand New?
A: Yes the products listed on our site ravsin.com are 100% Brand New.

 



Gaming: 

Q: Are the games compatible with my console?
A: All games supplied by ravsin.com are 100% compatible on PAL systems. (AU,NZ,UK, etc...)

Q: What languages are available on your games?
A: All the games we sell are the full English language versions; although some games offer the option to change the language in the settings we cannot guarantee that for every game.

Q: Are video game accessories, consoles & portable systems compatible with my countries power supply?
A: Yes we make sure that they all are compatible with Both Australian & International Power Standards 110-240v power supply. (Power adaptor may be sent if required, corrosponding power adaptor will be sent based on Country)

Q: Do you offer to email Xbox Live & Gaming Keys?
A: Yes we do. After Payment & purchase we email the scanned copy of the card/code via email usually within:
1-3hrs otherwise 24hrs max.


Note: Game covers may Vary, but rest assure the game/language is still 100% Original as created by publisher.

A: All these electronics supplied by ravsin.com are 100% Brand New & Genuine.

Q: Will the charger & Power cable be compatible with my countries power supply?
A: Yes they all are compatible with both Australian & International Power Standards 110-240v power supply. 
(Power adaptor may be sent if required, corrosponding power adaptor will be sent based on Country)

Q: Do these electronics come with any Warranty?
A: Yes all our electronic product categories as mentioned above come with 1 Year RAVSIN Store Warranty.

Exception: all Apple products come with 1 Year Standard International Warranty 
(visit your local Apple store for warranty purposes and provide you invoice that was supplied with your purchase)


Q: Do the Headphones/Earphones come with any Warranty?
A: Yes on Selected Headphones/Earphones come with 1 Year RAVSIN Store Warranty.
 (Only certain range of Headphones/Earphones, you will see tab for warranty on product)

 


 
Memory Storage:

Q: Are the Memory Cards, USB Flash Drives & Card Readers Genuine & Come with any Warranty?
A: We sell both Genuine & High Quality. (Please see the warranty tab on item, for more info)


Q: Do you sell Genuine Ink for Laser and Injet Printers?
A: Yeah sure we do, both Genuine & High Quality Compatible Inks.
(for Laser/Ink Jet Printers, product will be listed if its Genuine or Compatible version)

A: All other products sold on ravsin.com are High Quality Standard/Brand New, come with standard 7 Days DOA

Pre-Orders:

Q: How does Pre-Order work?
A: If you are making a Pre-Order purchase, the payment is taken immediately and the product will be sent out to you
either on the release date or couple of days before it. We will send you a confirmation email regarding that you order
has been dispatched.

Promo/Gift Vouchers/Coupon Codes:

Q: I am having problem redeeming my code at check out, please help.
A: First of all sign out then sign back into your account procceed to checkout try and redeem the code now.
If that failed restart you Internet Browser and try this method, if this did not work please dont hesitate to contact us,

Q: Do the Promo/Gift Voucher/Coupon Code's ever Expire?

A: Electronic Gift Vouchers we sell on ravsin.com dont have any expiry date so dont expire.
    The Coupon & Promo Codes expire within 6 months from the date of creation.
    (If you require extension on the code contact us)

(Exception: on Promo codes when there is promo r
unning for small period of time they can only last between 1-7days) 
    

Q: What happens if the order has been cancelled or been refunded?
A: If the Promo/Gift Voucher/Coupon Code has been used on an order which has either been cancelled or refunded 
the code should automatically be available for re-use on future orders. If this is not the case please contact us, and
we will help you resolve this problem.



Q: Can we use more than one Promo/Gift Voucher/Coupon Code at checkout?

A: The limit is only one Promo/Gift Voucher/Coupon code to be used at checkout for per order.
 

Other Questions:

Q: What if i have purchased an item by mistake can i cancel this order?
A: If you you have made an order by mistake, and we receive the email before we have it dispatched, we will
    able to  issue you a full refund for your order.


Q: Can we make an order and have shipped to another address?
A: Yes we offer this option at checkout you can have the order you created & shipped out to another address.
    (This is good way to send a friend or family member a gift and suprise them!)
